If the customer does not have a ready packaging design, we will create it or recommend trusted graphic designers.

If the design already exists, we will accept it for valuation, assess the correctness of the assumptions and after accepting the offer we can create a packaging prototype or perform construction and technological tests.

We move on to the order fulfillment phase, which usually lasts 14 – 21 days, in which the accessories are usually made first.

For customers repeating orders, we apply the principle of maintaining stock levels and deliveries on request. This allows us to shorten delivery times to a minimum, optimize production organization capabilities and reduce its costs.

In the case of comprehensive service (printing, production of molds, packaging services), the deadlines are set individually

Thermoformed (foil) and box productions gain compliance based on packaging prototypes made at an earlier stage and approved.

Printed productions gain compliance based on digital proof or customer acceptance “at the machine”.

Equipment manufactured and used for production purposes remains the property of the Customer (unless otherwise agreed).
