Skin-pack is a typical utility, functional packaging with high product availability.

Types of skin-pack packaging

  • Dedicated mainly to technical or heavy articles that do not require protection in the form of a molding or high-quality graphic printing on the box.
  • A packaging method recommended for short series or a large quantity of a diverse assortment.
  • The only form of skin-pack packaging is a product joined to the box using a tightly adhering soft foil, usually with a Euro hole in the upper part of the package.
  • The choice of raw materials (cardboard / foil) is more limited than in the case of blister packaging.
